Hey everyone,
Just wanted to post some pics of a power sword that I am working on for my Chaos Space Marines army.
As a star wars fan I cant help but think of light sabers every time they talk about power swords. Relic weapons from a long ago age that can cut through metal and bone just as easy? I mean, come on...
In that same vein, if you follow the mythos you know that each warriors weapon was highly individualized with its own set of unique styles and properties. I try to get that feel to come across when I do my own power weapons/fists. In this case I am going with an ancient blackened blade crackling with arcane energy. Cheesy, I know, but considering the subject matter I think I got a pretty good representation.

Squirrels with lightsabers isn't funny. It's a very frightening possibility that keeps me up at night.
I think the black power sword with yellow lightning contrasts with the purple armor nicely. It's a strong color scheme.
